I first came across Tobin when I was looking to Lease my house.
I knew little about the process or where to begin. Tobin was extremely helpful and quick to help me to understand my options and the process of leasing a property. He advised me on how to present my home to make it an ideal property to lease, and then, found me renters through a trusted and credible process. At the end of this process, I felt extremely comfortable knowing I had been given the proper information and guidance to make an informed decision. Three years later, I was ready to sell my rental property. I again looked to Tobin for his guidance and expertise! With extremely quick communications, I was given the Current Market Analysis of my rental property and the property I was looking to purchase. This was incredibly helpful in determining the listing price and purchase price for the two properties. Tobin also provided me with the information I needed in order to easily and seamlessly end my lease with my renters. In addition, Tobin gave me excellent advice in order to show my home to its’ fullest potential. This included areas in which I could improve on the home (i.e. paint, touch ups, carpet cleaning) in order to make my home a desired property.
